King of Salangpur: Movie Overview
King of Salangpur is an upcoming Gujarati devotional-drama film that portrays the spiritual history and legacy of the Salangpur Hanuman temple.
The story explores how Gopalanand Swami brought the divine idol of Hanuman Dada to life for devotees, tracing the journey of Salangpur before it grew into a major beacon of faith.
King of Salangpur follows Dhvanit, Aarav, Harsh and Khushi – four young people battling failure, addiction, loneliness, and despair. Their lives take an unexpected turn when their journey leads them to Salangpur and the sacred legacy of Kashtbhanjan Dev Hanuman. As the story moves between their present-day struggles and the historic installation of the deity by Gopalanand Swami, they discover faith not as an escape from life, but as the strength to face it again.
