Relief from Constipation: Excretion is a very essential aspect in health protection. The digestion of the eaten food is very important. There should be neither indigestion nor constipation. Constipation occurs when waste material and stool move very slowly through the large intestine. The waste matter becomes very hard and dry when it remains in the bowel for a long time. The result is a painful bowel movement. The condition is irritating and uncomfortable. However, if it continues for several weeks or more, it becomes chronic constipation, which is a main cause for stomach and other physical problems and may lead to headache, piles and other diseases. More than 50% health problems occur when constipation is there.

Relief from Constipation:

People advise so many ways, medicine and other methods to get rid of the problem of constipation. But if we opt the under noted natural and yogic method, which is very good and free, is health friendly.

To get rid of constipation problem naturally, one must drink plenty of water and must take fiber food. One must take 2 or 3 glasses |of luke warm water on an empty stomach daily in the morning in sitting posture. Drinking of lukewarm water daily in the morning provides multiple benefits.

  • After that, make a rule to have a walk for 10 / 30 minutes. OR
  • One must do undernoted Asanas four / five times in the morning:
    (i) Tadasana
    (ii) Triyak Tadasana
    (iii) Kati Chakrasana
    (iv) Trikonasana
    (v) Pawanamuktasana (Gas Release Yoga Pose)
  • When you do this process for fifteen days, you will realize a great relief from constipation.

This is very simple and free method which must be undertaken by all the concerned.
