Dubai ruler Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al-Makotum opened IMG Worlds of Adventure, the world’s biggest family and leisure indoor park, in Dubai, the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

It includes four zones themed around Marvel, Cartoon Network, Lost Valley Dinosaur Adventure and IMG Boulevard with several roller coasters and other rides.

“We wanted this to be an icon for Dubai itself and an icon for the region,” says Lennard Otto, CEO of IMG Worlds of Adventure. “And opening the world’s largest indoor theme park seemed very fitting for this market.”

The park is air-conditioned to attract visitors even during Dubai’s sweltering summers.
