What is the name of the famous Modern English building which has its insides on the outside?

In 1986 the famous insurance company Lioyds of London moved to a new offices – the Lioyds Building. It was designed by the British architect Richard Rogers. The appearance of the building caused much argument because all its internal services, such as the plumbing are on the outside.
