Who is Capeta?

It’s a sport anime about cart racing. Capeta is a 10-year-old boy. His father works for a paving company. While working on a go-karting track, his father gets some pieces out of the trash and constructs a kart. Capeta masters the mangled kart and impresses the manager of a racing team, who helps him gain entry into the world of racing.
