Oscar Awards 2024 full list of winners: Oppenheimer wins Best Picture, Christopher Nolan named Best Director

The 96th Academy Awards was held at the Dolby Theatre in Hollywood, Los Angeles, California. Christopher Nolan’s Oppenheimer won seven Oscars.

Oscar Awards 2024:

Oscar Awards i.e. 96th Academy Awards, hosted by Jimmy Kimmel, took place in Los Angeles (California) on Sunday 10 March, 2024. Christopher Nolan’s biopic drama Oppenheimer won a leading seven Oscars, including Best Picture. The other wins were for Best Director, Best Actor, Best Supporting Actor, Best Cinematography, Best Editing, and Best Original Score. The Cillian Murphy-led drama was a frontrunner heading into the ceremony with with 13 nominations. Some of the other films that won were Barbie, Poor Things and The Zone of Interest.
