Guinness World Records also recognized the world record for the largest high visibility jacket, which measures 11.50 x 8.71 m (37 ft 8 in x 28 ft 6 in) and was manufactured by the Preventiedienst of Mortsel, Belgium.

The Coat Of Many Colours, which consists of more than 8,000 knitted squares, was made by children and parishioners at St George's church and primary school.

The Largest Coat in The World, which measures 42ft 6in by 18ft 2in, will now be taken apart to make blankets to send to Africa.

The World's Largest Jacket weighs around the same as two average-sized adult men.
