Hi guys! I’m Jyoti a certified yoga and therapist instructor. I would narrate myself as a unique, lively and energetic person who wears a captivating smile. I have always had a drive for a fit and healthy lifestyle. This is what brought me face to face with yoga, an art form that ushered me to explore everything from Iyengar and Power to Ashtanga and Vinayasa. If you are unaware of the names I have mentioned, they are all the types of yoga that exist. Everyone has an inspiration who guides them to complete satisfaction in life. To me Yogacharya B.K.S Iyengar Guruji, the founder of Iyengar yoga, built in me the hunger to follow the path of yoga and achieve salvation. Yoga with me is an expedition of self-discovery. Every fraction of you, right from your feet and thighs to your arches, says your story. My sessions will be focused mainly on Trikonasana – 1, Padahastasana, Ushtrasana, Sarvangasana, Sasangasana, Matsyasana, Utthita Trikonasana (Trikonasana-2), Akarna Dhanurasana, Paschimottanasana, Garudasana, Salabhasana and Setu Bandha Sarvangasana. Each of these asanas is aimed at a content body both physically and spiritually. A major part of my life has been dedicated to yoga. Thus, being awarded the title of Miss Yogini was not only an assurance that I was on the right track but also fortified my belief in yoga and its miracles. I am well versed in Hindi but I assure you, with yoga, language is no communication barrier. So come join me in reveling the allure of yoga and its limitless benefits.
