Hi! Welcome to my profile. Now there is no turning back. I am Navneesh Sharma and Yoga is what I live for. I breathe it, I live it and I love it. I am a certified yoga trainer and a yoga therapist with over five years of experience. My clients range from women, kids and corporate honchos. I also teach Yoga to Gold Gym members. Now coming to my Accolades, to be perfectly humble I have been awarded as a National Yoga Champion and State Champion in the Yoga Championship. Recently I bagged 1st place at the State Level Yogasan Championship in 2015. All though I am happily married to yoga, I do engage in extra-marital affairs. Don’t get me wrong. I meant, teaching. I acquire an immense pleasure when I meditate in a group. It brings in harmony and happiness within. My classes basically concentrate on asanas such as Utthita Trikonasana (Trikonasana-2), Akarna Dhanurasana, Garudasana, Paschimottanasana, Salabhasana and Setu Bandha Sarvangasana.
