Skopje, Macedonia Emil Ilic, 50, has successfully finished a 204 km long walking marathon through very difficult, rocky and mountainous road, with lots of up hills and down hills-setting the world record for the Longest Non-stop walking hill marathon.
The Longest Non-stop walking hill marathon was passed with an average speed of 5.7km/h through very difficult, rocky and mountainous road, with lots of up hills and down hills, strong winds, stormy weather and heavy rain hitting body and face.
The whole marathon was passed in one effort literally, with no time for stopping or rest. The food and supplies were consumed in movement.
Mr.Emil Ilic has successfully passed the whole length of the Republic of Macedonia during the Longest Non-stop walking hill marathon.
Emil Ilic is aged 50 with height 1.80m, weight 114 kg (37 more than the allowed weight). The whole Longest Non-stop walking hill marathon was followed by 4 vehicles, 9 persons (including 4 journalists from national televisions) which followed Emil from the starting point to the end of the marathon documenting every step of the way, producing a documentary movie as proof of this great event. |
