Curried Mushroom with Peas Recipe

INGREDIENTS:
PREPARATION: Add chopped onions and fry till golden brown color. Then add ginger garlic paste, tomatoes, and chilli powder and garam masala. Combine well and sauté till the raw smell disappears. Then add salt, water and bring it to boil. Now add mushrooms, peas and cashew nut paste. Combine well and cover it with a lid and cook for 5 min in a medium flame. Finally garnish with coriander leaves. Serve hot with plain white rice, roti or paratha. |
