Shri Arup Ratan Mukherjee is a well known instrumentalist of the famous Mahiyar Gharana founded by Baba Allaudin Khan. He has been performing all over India in many prestiguous concerts. Currently, he is based in Delhi and gives music lessons to his disciples under Guru-Shishya parampara which is the age old traditional way of teaching Indian music.
