Two one-act plays -'Sapna Bhara' & 'Udan Charkaldi' (contemporary to the period of poet), poetry, songs and other events from the life of the poet, are included in the play. Umashankar Joshi worked as a rationalist and was influenced by Rabindranath Tagore and Mahatma Gandhi. He always tries to change the customs and attitudes of society. This poet is not only a renowned poet of India; but his work has been appreciated internationally too. His work Nishith was honored by the 'Gyanpeeth' award. He was also honored with many other awards. Five Music Directors have collaborated for the Music in the play. |
