The Players  From two to six players can play this game.

The Deal  We will assume that there are six players. The dealer deals out five cards to each player but none to herself.

After the players have picked up their cards, the dealer now deals herself five cards, one at a time, face up in front of her.

The Play  After the dealer has dealt herself the first card face up, any player who has a card of the same value 'puts' one sweet into the centre of the table. This is repeated with the remaining four cards.

After the dealer has dealt the five cards, they gathered up and placed on the bottom of the deck. The dealer  now deals herself another five cards one at a time as before, this time any player who has a similar card 'take' one sweet from the centre of the table.

Any sweets left on the table are taken by the dealer. If there are no ssweets left on the table when a player has to 'take' one, the dealer must supply them from her own private stock.

The deal is now passed to the next player.
