With up to 8 meeting rooms available in the Centre, there should be something to suit every Conference Producer! The superb Auditorium has tiered classroom seating for up to 232 people and a stage area allowing 2 to 20 speakers at any one time. The latest Conference Technology has been installed at the Cavendish in order to make your job (and ours!) so much easier. Our in house technicians are trained to look after all technical eventualities and meet the highest levels of customer satisfaction with regard to their helpfulness.
The Whittington Suite complements the Auditorium for refreshment breaks, luncheons and acts as an exhibition cum networking area but also is sub divisible into four syndicate rooms.
The Portland, our vault room, with a superb feature ceiling, natural daylight and its own air conditioning, is capable of seating up to 50 persons in a theatre style arrangement.
The Harley has a capacity for up to 30 persons in theatre style seating, and our Boardroom can accommodate 8 guests. In addition, the Green Room is always available to conference organisers using the Auditorium for briefing sessions with staff or speakers alike.

The Cavendish Conference Centre has an in-house audiovisual department at your disposal with a ready supply of the latest presentation equipment for your events with us. The entire venue is covered by a wireless LAN for Internet access.
Our auditorium is complete with audio system including induction loop to all areas within the auditorium. We have a fully equipped audiovisual control booth with various audio and video recording facilities. We boast a 6800-lumen HD ready data projector along with two side satellite projectors at 4000 lumens each for logo placement and presentation display. A computer installed within the control booth allows presentation operation from either stage or control booth or both, along with a wireless presentation controller allows speakers to freely roam on stage when fitted with a radio lapel microphone. The visual fold back monitors to stage and lectern positions gives comfort to speakers to be able to view their presentations as they deliver it to the audience and of course you are welcome to bring along your own laptop to connect into our system if you wish.
You will receive the services of our audiovisual engineer to insure the smooth running of your AV throughout your event with us. We cater for microphone management & audience response systems, a wide range of video playback formats and standards. Videoconferences from 1 person in the smaller rooms to the larger audience VC requirements in the auditorium itself. Our menus have been designed with simplicity yet succulence in mind and we have made sure that we can look after all special needs given that you may only have a short time for your break. We pride ourselves on having some of the finest catering available at any Central London training or conference venue.
