NEED FOR A SEPARATE INSTITUION / INFRASTUCTURE.
• In view of the dynamic activities of Sangeetka, its rapid progress, and strength of the students, accommodation that we presently have is too inadequate.
• It is high time to build a full-fledged INSTITUTE that promotes all performing arts.
• We would like to give the Institution an ideal architectural shape, reflecting the traditional values of Guru-Shishya- Parampara.give support to the Gurus and incentives to the disciples to introduce “GURUKUL” form of teaching with the view to train professional performers and secondly to create and sustain distinctive style of arts and thirdly strengthen and perpetuate traditional and cultural heritage of India.
• Sangeetka would also select talented and deserving disciples from all over the country and from all section of the society without any discrimination of cast co lour and creed. Learning will not merely be the acquisition of skills but would be inextricably interwoven into the fabric of life.
• The Institution is also making an effort to preserve the dying art forms and preservation of rural musical instruments.
