This is the gallery's anniversary group show, with artworks by renowned Indian contemporary artists like Arpana Caur, Anupam Sud and Bose Krishnamachari. The aritsts bring about their unique signature styles to the show. Anupam Sud is one of the finest print makers of India. Although she has taken up painting on large canvases, mostly in acrylic, her intaglio prints still dominate over her paintings. Abir Karmakar is known for self-portraits, in which he paints himself lying around his room, sometimes in a provocative and obvious rendition of his sexuality. In his latest series he continues to make an appearance in all his paintings, representing everyday life and state of mind. The show coincides with the launch of semiprecious jewelery by artist Seema Kohli that incorporates her artworks as well. The artist has created small sized pieces that can be enjoyed in a functional and wearable style.
